- Step 2: Finding the right role – Once we know what you’re after, the next step is to match you to a great role. We’ll take the time to discuss and evaluate your career options, talk about the opportunities open to you, and perhaps even suggest avenues you haven’t yet explored.
- Step 3: Pre-interview support – Before your interview, we’ll provide you with as much support as you need. We’ll be available on the phone to chat through interview techniques and can also meet you before the interview to help you prepare. As well as this we’ll point you in the direction of useful resources and give you a comprehensive pre-interview preparation pack.
- Step 4: Post-interview guidance – hopefully you enjoyed the interview and feel it’s the job for you. Either way, we’ll pass on your feedback to the client and let you know when they’ve made their decision.
