Product Support Executive – Farnborough – Up to £22.5k per annum
  • Product Support Executive is required by a well-known Tour Operator that specialises in small groups adventure travel working in a positive environment for a great travel company with an open working culture
  • Product Support is a varied role responsible for support within the product team, with a focus on assisting Operations
  • Great role for someone with positive, pro-active and customer-focussed attitude looking to develop their travel career in a product capacity

  • This is in a support role on a 12-month maternity cover basis
Key Responsibilities for the Product Support Executive:
  • Providing product administrative support to ground agents and working closely with Customer Support and Sales team on trip queries
  • Trip preparation and management
  • Managing day to day enquires and clients’ requests
  • Managing and assisting with the preparation of the Trip Reports
  • Assisting with UK Leader arrangements – including booking flights, arranging visas, creating contracts, ordering trip funds and creating info packs. 
  • Safety Management – creating and monitoring safety reports
  • Other administration duties
As Product Support Executive you will be:
  • Both, an independent thinker, and a good team player
  • Effective communication, organisational & interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to work accurately to deadlines and under pressure
  • Comfortable in taking responsibility and working on their own initiative
  • Adventure travel enthusiast and knowledge of the travel market are desirable but not essential
