Sales & Concierge Coordinator – SW London – Up to £25k
  • Leading luxury travel company has an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to join our dedicated Sales & Client Concierge team to coordinate administrative and customer service support

As Sales & Concierge Coordinator you will be:
  • Coordinating a wide range of administrative responsibilities in the areas of Sales & Client Concierge (including confirmation documents, bespoke itineraries, invoicing checks and feedback processing)
  • Assist with Clients’ pre-travel queries in conjunction with the Client Concierge team.
  • Assistance with maintaining and updating various stock inventories including flights, hotel rates, booking offers and contracting notes onto our bespoke inventory management and booking system
  • Conduct independent research on resorts, accommodation, activities to support the Concierge team
  • Assist with hotel communications including room summaries, invoice checking and refunds
 
As Sales & Concierge Coordinator you will have:
  • Previous experience of administrative support requiring attention to detail essential with a passion for luxury travel
  • Attention to detail as a key strength
  • Good communication & numeracy skills
  • Enthusiastic, approachable team player
  • A professional, methodical approach, remaining calm under pressure
  • Excellent organisational skills
